📞 Leads: Automatically created when someone contacts you (call, chat, form). Each lead gets a score based on engagement, urgency, and service value. HOT leads (70+ points) need immediate attention, WARM leads (40-69 points) should be followed up within 24hrs, and COLD leads (<40 points) are lower priority.
🔄 Retention: Leads that haven't converted or been contacted within your retention period are automatically archived to keep your active pipeline clean. Archived leads can still be viewed in your CRM history.
💬 Voicemails: Call recordings and voicemails are stored separately and can be set to auto-delete after a certain period to save storage space while maintaining compliance.
